Astral Psychokinesis and Telekinesis

In short, psychokinesis is a blanket term that refers to the manipulation of events or physical objects through intentional thought.  These are effects that can be seen with the naked eye and contrary to practices such as remote viewing or precognition, the results are clearly measurable.  There are several sub-categories of psychokineses, including:
Object deformation (bending spoons, for example)

Influencing events (such as “slowing” a vehicle through an intersection to prevent an accident)
Cellular healing (often called faith-healing)

Control of magnetism (moving a coin on a table by pushing magnetic charge through the palms of the hands)

Controlling light waves (making a room dimmer or brighter or making the lights flicker or flash)
Telekinesis is another practice that falls under the broad umbrella of psychokineses, and is correctly defined as the ability to move matter through thoughtful intention.  One might be quite proficient at telekinesis but be unable to perform other psychokinesis phenomena.

At the core of PK/TK is the ability to tap into universal molecular energy.  Since our world is made up of a collection of atoms in various patterns to form earth, air and all other aspects of our physical world, it serves that by learning to control the movement of those atoms one can create measurable change in their environment.
By tapping into the astral realm one connects to an endless supply of energy that can be directed to change physical objects.  Wish there was a hint of a breeze on a swelteringly hot day?  Pull in universal energy and focus on aerokinesis, or the ability to change or stimulate the flow of air through the manipulation of air molecules.  And what about levitation?  Have you ever tried to levitate yourself or someone else with the “light as a feather” mantra?  It is believed to be an achievable exercise in the world of TK.
One of the greatest difficulties in gaining validation for psychokinesis is the longstanding penchant for magicians and entertainers to perform feats of surprise claiming the use of psycho or telekinesis.  Uri Gellar has been known for bending drawers full of metal flatware simply through the use of his mind and minor movement of his fingers over the surface to excite molecules to the point of melting.

In the 1970’s Stephen King opened our minds to the power of telekinesis with his thriller “Carrie” in which a repressed, ostracized teen uses the power of her mind to seek revenge on those who have manipulated and ridiculed her all her life.  She employs astral energy to trap her tormentors in a high school gym and sparks a fire that wipes these problematic teens from her world.
Of course, practicing psychics and energy workers understand that responsible practice is key to being able to work with the astral realm.  Using this energy to injure others would most certainly spur the astrals to withdraw their support and guidance.

Enhance your work by focusing on good intentions and outcomes and thoughts for bringing about positive change for the greater good.  This will define the first steps on your path to psychic awakening.
